2023年5月24日，美国国际贸易委员会（itc）投票决定对特定具有可旋转绞线的血流限制装置及其组件（certain blood flow restriction devices with rotatable windlasses and components thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-ta-1364）。
2023年4月24日，美国composite resources, inc. of rock hill, south carolina、美国north american rescue, llc of greer, south carolina向美国itc提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其知识产权（美国注册专利号7,842,067、8,888,807、10,016,203，美国注册商标号3,863,064、5,046,378），请求美国itc发布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令。
