this serves to advise that congestion surcharge (cgs) with quantum and effective date as below for all shipments
from south china ports, hong kong origins to usa and canada destinations:
兹通知，对于从华南地区诸港以及香港地区出口至美国和加拿大地区的货物，我司将征收塞港费，具体如下：
cgs quantum *费率*
usd 800/20dv
usd 1000/40dv
usd 1125/40hc
usd 1266/45’
effective date *生效日期*
1st september 2021 (against discharge date in pod)
2021 年 09 月 01 日 (目的港卸船日)
attention: it’s a congestion surcharge payable as a local charge collected effective september 1 at destination and
this is applicable to all kinds of cargo and all equipment types
注意：以上附加费以货物 9 月 1 日卸目的港开始生效，适用于所有报价和柜型
